Champagne Punch
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup lemonade (Crystal Light)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 bottles chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
- Orange/lemon slices
- Fresh strawberries (optional)
Directions
Combine the lemon juice, lemonade, brandy and orange juice in a punch bowl and stir well. Add the Champagne and continue stirring. Add fruit slices. Cover and refrigerate until chilled (about 1 hour). When preparing overnight, wait to add the champagne until an hour before serving.

This punch is not only one of the easiest recipes you can find (2 steps…does it get any better!?), it’s also easily adaptable for a kid-friendly or adult brunch. We suggest making two batches with and without the champagne or keep a bottle next to the punch so guests can add their own individually. 1 two liter of Ginger Ale
(Optional for adult punch: 1 bottle of Champagne)

Directions
In a punch bowl or pitcher, add container of Orange Sherbet. Pour in a 2 liter bottle of Ginger Ale (and one bottle of Champagne) and stir.
Feeling like this is too easy? Place orange slices or strawberries on the table for guests to use as a garnish.

Sparkling Brunch Punch
Ingredients
1/2 cup of lemon juice
12oz. of pineapple juice
1 small jar of maraschino cherries
1 bottle of champagne
12oz. of pineapple juice
1 small jar of maraschino cherries
1 bottle of champagne
1 orange sliced for garnish
Directions
Stir lemon juice and pineapple juice in a punch bowl or pitcher over ice. If serving right away, add bottle of chilled champagne and cherries. If serving the next day, add champagne an hour before. Slice orange for garnish.
