There is a Target near my home. The other day I was shopping for things to decorate my backyard with, I am having a party. I could not find any of those outdoor hanging paper lanterns. I could have sworn I was able to buy them there before. Anyone else know a good place to that sells them. I found one site for them that is not to far from my home. It is called jadetime but I am looking for other places too.
