Chef Clark Grant Creates Special Prix Fixe Menu

On Sunday, May 13, III Forks Steakhouse will welcome families and friends for a memorable meal that celebrates Mom. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., III Forks will offer dining guests the choice of a three course, prix fixe menu ($44.95) or an a la carte menu (prices vary). The special Mother’s Day prix fixe, created by Executive Chef Clark Grant, includes the choice of soup or salad, entrée and dessert. Chef Grant has also prepared an a la carte menu featuring appetizers, steaks, seafood and side dishes. The menus are outlined below.
Children, ages 12 and under, are also welcome to enjoy a prix fixe for $15.95 (soup or salad, small filet/chicken tenders/fried shrimp and dessert).

Due Lire Vino & Cucina will open early on Sunday, May 13 and offer a three course, prix fixe menu for $35 per person, as well as the regular dinner menu, from 12:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Executive Chef Kevin Abshire’s Mother’s Day menu includes choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert, with such selections as: fennel and carrot soup with mascarpone cheese; homemade pappardelle with duck ragu, fava beans and pecorino cheese; cherry hazelnut tart with cardamom black pepper gelato.
