Add a a little something extra to your BBQ this Memorial Day or 4th of July! Try this easy Red, White & Blue punch recipe- perfect for a summer get together.

With cranberry juice and blueberries, this punch is as festive as it is delicious!

Ingredients:

    • 4 cups cranberry juice
    • 1 1/2 liters of vodka
    • 4 cups pineapple juice
    • 2 liters ginger ale
    • blueberries to garnish


Directions:

Prep Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 15 mins

  1. Combine all ingredients except the ginger ale.
  2. Chill until serving time.
  3. Pour into punch bowl and add ginger ale

This Memorial Day weekend, The Red Canary will hold a “Patio Pig Out” in the enclosed garden. From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., guests may enjoy an unlimited BBQ buffet, complete with whole roasted pig, Weber-grilled burgers, brats, chicken and corn on the cob, plus picnic-style salads and all the fixins (including plenty of vege-friendly items) for $20. The featured drinks for the day will be $3 craft beer in cans, $20 pitchers of sangria, $5 glasses of pinot grigio and $5 Jameson shots.

This weekend feast kicks-off The Red Canary’s new summer hours for the garden: Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. To take part in the patriotic pig roast, simply purchase a wristband at the restaurant the day of the event.
