Chef Billy Caruso Creates New Menu for the Season

 

Open daily, 4 p.m.-midnight

III Forks, located in Lakeshore East, now welcomes guests to the fabulous rooftop lounge for stunning scenery, refreshing cocktails, sharable plates, top-notch steaks and seafood. Executive Chef Billy Caruso has created a new menu for the season, available exclusively on the rooftop.

Menu highlights include: Local Cheese and Charcuterie; Lamb Meatballs; Fried Brussels Sprouts; daily selection of Crudo; Steak Tartar; Texas-sized Lobster Tail; New England Lobster Roll; St. Louis Wild Boar Ribs; Dunn Burger; USDA Prime Bone In Ribeye; Filet Mignon and more. The full menu is outlined below.

Signature cocktails, hand-selected wine and craft brews may also be enjoyed outdoors on the roof. III Forks’ libations include “Chicago Gentleman,” (Buffalo Trace bourbon, Vermont maple syrup foam, Bitter Truth aromatic bitters, orange zest) “Cousin Eddie,” (Ransom Old Tom gin, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, lemon juice) “Bury Me in Smoke,” (Il Maraschino liqueur, Chartreuse Yellow, Del Maguey mezcal, No. 3 gin, lemon juice) “Italian 56” (Fizz 56, No. 3 gin, fresh squeezed orange juice) and “The Nessa” (Absolut mango, Seven Daughters moscato, peach schnapps, raspberry liqueur, splash of lemon lime soda).

The award-winning design of III Forks’ outdoor lounge offers cabana-style seating complete with built-in heaters, lengthy knotty pine and granite bar, stone fireplaces and serene city and park views. The rooftop is open from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. daily (weather permitting). III Forks Prime Steakhouse will welcome Valentine’s Day dining guests with a special “Sweetheart Menu” for two. Available on Friday, February 14, Executive Chef Billy Caruso will offer a three course menu that includes: III Forks Salad; Broiled Tenderloin with fig balsamic demi-glace, truffled yukon gold mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus; and Chocolate Lovers’ decadent dessert ($145 per couple). Each guest will receive an individual salad and steak entree; the dessert will be shared.

The Lakeshore East-located prime steakhouse will feature three sparkling wine selections by the glass or bottle (Chandon Brut Classic; Chandon Sparkling Rose; Etoile Brut), hand-chosen for the romantic holiday. III Forks’ extensive wine list and seasonal cocktail menu will also be available.

III Forks will also offer an a la carte menu on Valentine’s Day. Choices include “Beginnings” (ahi tuna’ shrimp cocktail; seafood medley; wedge salad; lobster bisque), “Beef Market” (filet mignon, USDA Prime bone in and boneless ribeye; rack of lamb), “Fish Market” (cold water rock lobster tail; Atlantic salmon; Chilean seabass), and sides (sauteed spinach; roasted mushrooms; off-the-cob cream corn; lobster mac & cheese; and more).

Chef Clark Grant Creates Special Prix Fixe Menu

On Sunday, May 13, III Forks Steakhouse will welcome families and friends for a memorable meal that celebrates Mom. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., III Forks will offer dining guests the choice of a three course, prix fixe menu ($44.95) or an a la carte menu (prices vary). The special Mother’s Day prix fixe, created by Executive Chef Clark Grant, includes the choice of soup or salad, entrée and dessert. Chef Grant has also prepared an a la carte menu featuring appetizers, steaks, seafood and side dishes. The menus are outlined below.

Children, ages 12 and under, are also welcome to enjoy a prix fixe for $15.95 (soup or salad, small filet/chicken tenders/fried shrimp and dessert).

Newly opened III Forks Steakhouse will host a Halloween party on Monday, October 31 from 5 to 11 p.m. Ghoulish guests are invited to come dressed to impress, as a costume contest will take place on the heated rooftop lounge. Dinner for two at III Forks will be awarded to the best female, male and couples costume. This fun-filled evening will feature complimentary hors d’oeuvres from 5-7 p.m. and the bar will offer a bevy of cocktails perfect for sipping by the fire on all hallows’ eve.
