Featuring Dogfish Head Beers and All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish on Sunday, June 15

Treat dad to a day on the sidewalk café with cold craft beers, $22 all-you-can-eat crawfish, Zydeco music and beer education from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery reps. The crawfish are flown in live from New Orleans just for this event, and chef Wally Rouse boils them with traditional seasonings, Andouille sausage, red potatoes and corn on the cob. The crawdads and fixings are available from noon until all the crustaceans are gone.

Reps from Dogfish Head will be in-house to field questions and provide education on the featured Dogfish Head beers, which range from $6-$8 each. Featured beers include 60 Minute IPA, 90 Minute IPA, Festina Peche and Namaste.

BEER HIGHLIGHTS:

60 Minute IPA, year-round, India Pale Ale, ABV 6.0%, IBU 60
Brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops; a powerful but balanced East Coat IPA with a lot of citrusy hop character.

90 Minute IPA, year-round, Imperial India Pale Ale, ABV 9.0%, IBU 90
An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, this ale has a great backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate.

Festina Peche, summer seasonal, Berliner Weissbier, ABV 4.5%, IBU 8
Served as an aperitif or summertime quencher, Festina is delicately hopped and has a pale straw color. Brewed with natural peach; the fruit complexity is woven into both the aroma and the taste of the beer.

Namaste, year-round, Witbier, ABV 4.8%, IBU 20
Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher.

ADDITIONAL
Added amenities for the event include a live DJ set featuring Zydeco and Southern Rock starting at noon (no cover). The event will be held on the bar’s sidewalk café weather permitting. Reservations recommended at 773-384-6886. The Division Ale House is open from 11 a.m.-2 a.m. on June 15.
