Pumpkin Carving Party
High Noon Saloon provides both the pumpkins and the carving tools for this do-it-yourself pumpkin carving party and displays the final creations as part of the Halloween theme post-party. The free event kicks-off at 7 p.m.; arrive early as pumpkins are first come, first served. Draft beer specials, which range from $6-$8, include seasonal offerings such asSouthern Tier Pumking and Great Lakes Nosferatu, and year-round brews such as Rogue Dead Guy Ale.
High Noon mixologist Ben Berry-Ryan also debuts the $9 Fall in Love cocktail, which will make the soon-to-launch fall cocktail list. The Fall in Love is made with Old Forester Bourbon, The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram Allspice liqueur, SNAP Gingersnap liqueur and a muddled mix of Allspice seasoning, nutmeg, candied walnuts, fresh apple and honey. The cocktail is shaken over ice, double strained, and served straight up in a rocks glass with a candied walnut-honey rim.

Halloween Party and Costume Contest
High Noon celebrates All Hallows’ Eve with DJ of the Undead spinning zombie tunes from 9 p.m.-2 a.m. with no cover charge. Drink deals, which are the same as the pumpkin carving party specials, include the $9 Fall in Love cocktail and Southern Tier Pumking,Great Lakes Nosferatu and Rogue Dead Guy Ale drafts (prices range from $6-$8). In addition to the hand-carved pumpkins displayed throughout the bar and dining room, the Wicker Park saloon is decked with Halloween décor and the staffers will also be in costume. The saloon awards a $100 gift certificate to person wearing the top costume as determined by crowd applause at midnight.
