Bust our your best bedazzled red, white and blue attire and head to Kit Kat this Fourth of July weekend.  The Lakeview Lounge and Supper Club will hold four days of “Fourth” festivities from Thursday, July 4 to Sunday, July 7.  Diva Sara Andrews (visiting from Nashville, Tennessee) will be performing as Katy Perry and other pop princesses each evening starting at 7 p.m., and Kit Kat’s mixologists will shake up “All American” martini specials, listed below, for $6 each.

Throughout the four day affair, all dining and drinking guests will be entered to win an alfresco cocktail party for six people on Kit Kat’s gorgeous Veranda (winner will be notified on July 8). Chef Joann Witherell’s summer dinner menu (small plates, salads, entrees and desserts) will be offered in the main dining room and on the Veranda.  For dining reservations, please contact Kit Kat at 773.525.1111.

On the eve of the Fourth of July, Epic restaurant in River North will host a pre-Independence Day soiree on their stellar rooftop lounge. The alfresco cocktail party, taking place on Wednesday, July 3, will feature drink specials, barbecued fare and amazing city views from 1 p.m. until midnight.

Imbibing guests will enjoy drink specials including $3 Strongbow cider, $5 Evan Williams bourbon shots and $8 Berry Bunch cocktails (Stoli blueberry, fresh berries, lemon, simple syrup).  Executive Chef Matt Pollock will feature cherry barbecued baby back ribs with fries for $8, along with the full lounge menu (listed below).

Please note: Epic will be closed on Thursday, July 4.
