The tiny TVB also features tarot card readings by Laughing Eye Weeping Eye, funky ’70s crafting stations, and tunes by Chance Dances DJs Nina Ramone and Swaguerrilla! CrossTown Fitness has teamed up with Chicago-based organization, Bright Pink, the only national non-profit organization focusing on the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women while supporting those at high risk for these diseases, to offer a full month of health, fitness and giving back.

CrossTown Fitness’ owner Charlie Graff in conjunction with his passionate trainers have created the ‘Pink Pack’ including a special 10-day workout pass, pink CrossTown Fitness t-shirt and a pink protein shake from CJK Foods to which all of the proceeds will benefit Bright Pink. Throughout the month, CrossTown Fitness trainers will also be adorned in pink workout clothes including the pink CrossTown Fitness t-shirt available for purchase.

About CrossTown Fitness
Experience the new Hybrid style of high intensity interval training classes through a variety of drills that incorporate cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility and balance. CrossTown Fitness classes are 50-60 minutes; each class includes 25 to 30 minutes of interval cardiovascular routines and 25-30 minutes of strength training. The floor work focuses on all of the major muscle groups each day allowing clients to develop a balanced program, and to attend Monday through Sunday. CTF is also available as an open gym for clients looking to create their own workout. The endless variety of exercises and instructor styles insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting!
