Check out this clever idea for photo confetti from Martha Stewart!

Guests will go dotty for confetti decorated with their own smiling faces.

  1. Use a photo-editing program to give digital pictures of family and friends a sepia tint.
  2. Print onto matte photo paper.
  3. Use 1/2-inch to 1-inch circle punches to cut out faces, as well as extra circles from colored paper and vellum.
  4. Package the confetti in envelopes, and hand them out to guests for a celebratory toss.

Pomegranate New Year’s Punch Recipe

This easy punch is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Pomegranate Punch for Kids (Easily Add Champagne for Adults)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup pear nectar

Adult version includes:
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne

Directions:
In a large pitcher, combine pomegranate juice, pear nectar, and orange-flavored liqueur. Slowly add Champagne. Serve over ice.
