South Water Kitchen is hosting its annual “Outdoor Groundhog Day Lunch” on February 2! Keeping high hopes that Groundhog Day is cloudy when a groundhog emerges from his burrow – and this polar vortex will come to a quick end – Chef Roger Waysok has prepared a complimentary two-course lunch to be served on the restaurant’s patio:
- Course One: Choice of Grilled Vegetable Sandwich (tomato focaccia and goat cheese fondue) with Broccoli Cheddar Soup or SWK Meatloaf Sandwich (whole wheat bread and chipotle ketchup glaze) with Whipped Potatoes
- Course Two: Warm Chocolate Fudge Brownie (salted caramel, toasted pecans and vanilla ice cream)
